About Pete
I first developed an interest in photography when I joined the school camera club – to skive off from academic lessons.  Two years later I left school with no qualifications, save a certificate for swimming two widths of the swimming pool, a first aid badge and my cycling proficiency.

The ensuing visit to the job centre then started me on my photographic career.

Passing the interview at one of the  West Country’s top studios, I was taught the trade from the ground floor up … from how to use a broom to the lofty heights of passport photographs, eventually undertaking studio and wedding assignments.
Purchasing the studio and moving to the present location some years ago, I have not looked back … since then I have:

gained a reputation for my individuality and creative work

had articles written about my style and photographs

had my work featured in many publications

examples of my photographs appearing on a number of photographic websites and receiving international acclaim

processed all my own black and white images in the darkroom

embraced the introduction of digital photography and amalgamated this with traditional photographic techniques and, in doing so, have built up and progressed the work that I create

... and still my work and interest in photography continues to develop and grow …

* The no-javascript code doesn't provide detailed statistics but is the only counter which works for Ebay, myspace, hi5, friendster,...if you are not sure, try the javascript code, if it doesn't work try then with this one... website page counter Paste this code in your HTML editor where you would like to display the counter, at the bottom of the page, in a table, div or under a menu. Asynchronous code , is the best solution for speed because the counter code will be loaded into a separate thread by visitors, is based on HTML 4.0 standard, will not slow down your website even if loaded at the top of the page (suggested for this code).
If the counter is visible, it will load the counter code inside the div id->"histats_counter" provided with the code.
